Who You Are

A Mid to Senior Level Power Platform Architect.

Location: Remote (with potential travel as needed)

Job Type: Full-Time / Consulting

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft and Azure integration solutions. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business-led Power Apps initiatives and critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical ability, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex team structures while rapidly prototyping, evaluating, and refining solution approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically and practically assess various Microsoft/Azure integration paths, from Power Platform custom connectors to enterprise-grade Azure integration solutions (bulk and event-driven approaches).
  • Provide expert recommendations on how Projects for the Web, Power Apps, Project Operations, and Dataverse interact within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Leverage in-house API capabilities by optimizing integration strategies from the Microsoft side.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform, ensuring robust ALM strategies.
  • Lead rapid prototyping efforts, evaluating integration approaches, and refining solutions based on business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal Centers of Excellence, shared services teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft’s evolving technology landscape and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience architecting and developing Power App Solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Deep experience and/or certifications in:
    • Azure DevOps
    • PowerShell
    • Power Platform Solution Architecture (including ALM)
    • Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft/Azure integration methodologies and options.
  • Experience providing guidance and direction around best practices, and building re-usable components to enable others to build more Power Apps independently.
  • Ability to lead low-code development programs.
  • Experience with enterprise system integration, including bulk and event-driven data flows.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate within complex team structures, including external partners and internal CoEs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership/management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RPA tools.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Agent/Copilot solutions.
  • Programming experience in .Net, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps portals.
  • Familiarity with custom connectors and API integrations.

Additional Details:

  • Remote work is available, with potential travel depending on project needs.
  • This position requires a hands-on, technical expert who can both develop and strategize integration approaches.

Our Perks

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Benefits include:
    • Medical
    • Vision
    • Dental
    • Unlimited PTO and more!
