Job summary

Convergence-Networks in Lansing, MI is seeking a Power Platform and AI Specialist to turn business needs into reliable solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot for client projects and managed services. Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience delivering Power Platform, BI, or Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting, managed services, or client-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, and intelligent automation, including readiness, adoption, and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models using Power Query and DAX.
• Design and implement Copilot readiness and AI-assisted workflows, including data structure, permissions, and governance.
• Connect to and transform data from client systems such as CRM, ERP, PSA, ticketing, and finance platforms with security controls.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions and troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, and accuracy issues.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, knowledge transfer, and handoff documentation for broader team support.
