Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support development, testing, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of Power Platform solutions in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

You will work with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business solutions. The role emphasizes governance, security, ALM, and lifecycle management across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience; U.S. work authorization required.
Experience or exposure to Power Platform, governance, security, and SDLC practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions including Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follow governance, security, and deployment standards across environments.
Support ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotions within SDLC.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with platform configuration.
