Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a diverse engineering team on major power plant modernization projects in the United States, including Orlando, FL.

You will work with sales, bid management, and customers to shape technical contracts and ensure execution in line with standards. The role requires a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background and 10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in project engineering or technical project

Qualifications

Leadership of engineering teams across disciplines.
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead a diverse engineering team across multiple disciplines for power plant modernization projects.
Develop and ensure compliance with technical contracts and applicable standards.
Coordinate with sales, bid management, project management and customers to structure engineering work packages.
Allocate resources, define interfaces, and manage timelines, milestones and budgets for large projects.
