Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) is seeking a Project Manager to join our West Allis, WI office with a hybrid option. You will plan and execute maintenance, overhaul, repair, upgrade, and outage projects for steam turbines, generators, and related power generation equipment.

This early‑career role develops technical, commercial, and customer‑facing skills in the power generation industry, coordinating across engineering, operations, field service, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 0-2 years of project management, engineering, field service, construction, or power generation experience.
• Experience coordinating outages, maintenance, or customer support efforts preferred.
• Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute multiple projects with priorities and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, field service, suppliers, and customers to plan and execute projects.
• Develop proposals, execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and project documentation.
• Provide project updates to customers, coordinate deliverables, and assist with issue resolution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and scope changes; escalate issues as needed.
• Support project financial reporting, forecasting, invoicing, and contract administration activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during onsite outages and activities.
