Job summary

CAMS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and governance of large, high‑value power plant construction projects in Raleigh, NC. You will act as the primary owner‑side execution authority, ensuring safety, on‑time delivery, and budget adherence while meeting contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements.

You will collaborate with Project Engineers, the Project Construction Manager, and other teams to align engineering, procurement, and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing major capital projects in power generation or EPC environments.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative or senior project lead for EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of large power plant projects.
• Own safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders.
• Manage change, risk, and claims avoidance.
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support.
