Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is hiring an E&C Engineer on a 1-year contract for a hybrid role. The position supports our energy supply projects team and functions as a Project Engineer/Project Manager for capital improvements across energy facilities.

You will report to the manager and work in Colorado facilities to improve reliability while managing budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate has an engineering background with strong project management skills and experience in industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering, project engineering, or project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, utility, energy, plant, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee emergent capital projects and support major initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to identify project opportunities.
• Develop project scopes, technical specs, budgets, schedules, and justification documents.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and closeout activities.
