Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5–10 years experience in power plant operations/maintenance or supervision.
• Good knowledge of labor agreements and relationships preferred.
• Ability to communicate with and maintain good working relationships with employees, unions and plant management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and direct activities to ensure productivity, safety and reliability.
• Plan safety meetings and team meetings; manage assignments to minimize overtime.
• Provide leadership and direction to operating personnel across shifts; ensure effective communication.
• Train staff in job skills with Senior Supervisors and ensure alignment with company policies.
