Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in power plant operations and/or maintenance or supervision.
• Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with employees, unions, and management.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity and safety by supervising maintenance teams.
• Plan safety meetings and assign work with minimal overtime while preserving productivity.
• Manage and prioritize daily work, assess safety hazards, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with union stewards to address issues and conflict resolution.
• Oversee external contractors and training, prepare for outages, and document activities.
