Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all Operations and Maintenance activities at the plant, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation to meet client requirements. The role oversees outages, staffing, and QA/QC programs while maintaining high morale among plant personnel.

The position requires a BS in engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years in power plants and 3 years in supervisory roles, with gas turbine experience preferred. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of power plant experience.
• 3 years supervising personnel.
• Gas turbine experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant O&M activities to meet client requirements.
• Administer safety, environmental, operational, QA/QC, training and compliance programs.
• Manage and oversee planned and unplanned plant outages.
• Implement training and qualification programs for plant personnel.
• Prepare client and utility reports, budgets and compliance documentation.
