Job summary

Eden Capital Careers seeks a Plant Manager to lead all Operations and Maintenance activities at a power plant. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation, manage outages, training, and personnel qualifications, and maintain strong alignment with client requirements.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 10 years in power plants, and 3 years supervising staff, with preferred gas turbine experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university; substitution allowed.
• 10 years of power plant or similar experience.
• 3 years of experience supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
• Gas turbine experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Ensure adequate manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts for safe, efficient operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and power generation requirements.
• Align plant personnel and objectives with client requirements.
• Administer safety, operations, maintenance, QA/QC, training programs.
• Oversee plant outages and maintenance activities.
• Direct hiring and personnel qualifications management.
• Prepare client and utility reports and budgets.
