Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager to direct all Operations and Maintenance at the plant in California. You will ensure adequate manpower, tools, and spare parts to maintain safe, compliant, and reliable plant operation under safety, environmental, and power-generation standards.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee outages, implement training programs, supervise plant personnel, and ensure accurate client and utility reporting and budgets.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of power plant or similar experience.
• Three years supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
• Preferred experience: Gas turbine experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations and maintenance at the plant.
• Ensure adequate manpower, tools, and spare parts for safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and power compliance requirements.
• Oversee planned and unplanned plant outages.
• Implement training and qualification programs for plant personnel.
• Direct sourcing and hiring of new or replacement personnel as needed.
• Verify certification status of affected personnel is current.
• Prepare client and utility reports, budgets and environmental QA/QC documentation.
