Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a Lead Operations & Maintenance Technician (LOMT) to head an on-site shift at a 450 MW facility with 24 Cummins engines, 5 Baker Hughes LT16 gas turbines, 6 GE LM6000 turbines, and 200 MW of BESS. You’ll guide a multi-skilled crew, ensure safe and efficient operation, and coordinate with the Operations Manager for ongoing success.

The role requires CRO experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in power plant systems, instrumentation, and control rooms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Auxiliary AA/technical degree preferred.
• Education in power generation, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance or instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the power generating facility and all associated equipment with minimal guidance.
• Proficiently operate the plant via remote DCS and local PLC interfaces when needed.
• Set priorities for day-to-day work and communicate status to management.
• Record data from meters and sensors and verify operating conditions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance requests, and manage parts usage.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and high-quality operations.
