Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer's License is required.
• Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a Power Generation Facility preferred.
• Process Control Systems experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Power Plant wage operating and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain necessary operating and maintenance logs and records.
• Trouble-shoot operating issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Direct work of outside contractors performing maintenance/repair work as necessary.
