Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Military training or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control Combustion Turbines and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Monitor plant systems, respond to alarms, and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with dispatch to confirm unit status and adjust output.
• Inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Utilize work management systems for work orders.
