Job summary

Constellation is seeking an O&M Technician to operate and troubleshoot turbines, generators, pumps, and associated equipment at our Alabama plant. You will work on preventive maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and support safe, efficient plant operations.

The role requires an electrical background, a relevant degree or trade training, and the ability to rotate between night and day shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical background and training related to power plant equipment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance systems and documentation.
• Ability to work rotating night/day shifts and overtime as required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and operate in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot turbines, generators, pumps and related equipment.
• Maintain work orders and parts inventory using maintenance systems.
• Lead problem identification and recommend solutions.
• Perform predictive/preventive maintenance.
• Support safe and reliable plant operations across shifts.
• Develop and follow operating procedures for plant equipment.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and housekeeping standards.
