Job summary

System One is seeking a Planner / Scheduler in Corpus Christi, TX for a six-month contract onsite. You will formulate short- and long-term maintenance routines, plan upcoming work orders, and coordinate major plant outages.

Ideal candidates hold a technical Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in power plant or heavy industrial maintenance planning, with strong knowledge of Maximo and excellent outage readiness and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of direct power plant or heavy industrial maintenance planning experience.
• Advanced expertise in CMMS (Maximo).
• Strong communication for outage readiness.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Formulate short- and long-term maintenance routines, upcoming work orders, and major plant outages.
• Resource Management: Align labor hours, material requirements, and operational budgets with production goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with plant management, engineering groups, and project managers to streamline workflows.
• Safety & Compliance: Oversee hazard isolations, critical component checks, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
