We are ERock!

Role Overview:

We are seeking a disciplined and technically strong Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance execution at an assigned ERock power generation facility. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing maintenance organization that ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all generation and balance-of-plant equipment.

This position is site-based and accountable for maintenance strategy, planning, and execution, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager establishes maintenance processes, develops personnel, and ensures all work is executed to standard with a focus on reliability and performance.

This role operates within ERock’s management model, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and corporate functional teams to support long-term asset performance and operational success.

This role reports to the Site Manager at the assigned site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising Maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all maintenance activities.
  • Establishing and managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support equipment reliability and availability.
  • Developing and maintaining work planning, scheduling, and execution processes to ensure timely and effective maintenance delivery.
  • Monitoring equipment performance, identifying failure trends, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all maintenance work is properly documented within the CMMS, including work orders, history, and asset data.
  • Coordinating planned outages, forced outages, and routine maintenance activities, ensuring availability of parts, tooling, and resources.
  • Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture, including adherence to PPE, LOTO, and environmental requirements.
  • Managing contractor activities related to maintenance, ensuring alignment with site safety and performance expectations.
  • Partnering with Operations and Engineering to prioritize work, communicate equipment status, and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Supporting development and implementation of maintenance procedures, inspection protocols, and work instructions.
  • Managing maintenance budgets, contracts, and resource allocation to support cost-effective execution.
  • Supporting inventory and material management to ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
  • Supporting training and development of maintenance personnel to build technical capability and bench strength.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, environmental, and operational requirements.
  • Providing clear and timely reporting to the Site Manager and corporate leadership.
Role Scope & Leadership Expectations
