ERock in Midland, TX is seeking a disciplined Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance execution at a power generation facility. You will build a high-performing team focused on safety, reliability, and cost-effective operation of generation and balance-of-plant equipment.

This role governs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, develops planning and scheduling processes, and partners with Operations and Engineering to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years in maintenance within power generation or similar industry.
• Leadership experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Develop work planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure CMMS documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate outages and availability of parts and resources.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contractor activities and align with site expectations.
• Support asset performance through cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory, and training of staff.
