ERock is seeking an on-site Plant Manager in Midland, TX to lead safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a large natural gas‑powered prime power microgrid. You will own site outcomes, set standards, and drive uptime, emissions, and safety targets while interfacing with the customer and community.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years in power generation or mission-critical operations.
• 3–5 years leading supervisors/technicians in a 24/7 setting.
• Strong knowledge of generators, controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with CMMS and run-hour maintenance programs.
• Ability to interpret maintenance metrics and operational data.
• Safety leadership and customer-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Owning overall site performance, including uptime, availability, production, and emissions compliance.
• Establishing operational rhythm, maintenance pacing, and outage planning to support continuous operation.
• Leading supervisors and on-site staff to deliver safe, high-quality execution.
• Driving disciplined maintenance and reliability programs to reduce failures.
• Serving as the on-site safety and quality leader for regulatory compliance.
• Acting as primary interface with the customer and local community.
