Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking an Instrument Technician Intern at the Chesterfield Power Station in Chester, VA. You will gain hands-on experience supporting power station operations and maintenance activities, assisting with instrumentation testing, calibration and troubleshooting, and contributing to control systems projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing an Associate’s degree in Instrumentation or related field.
Expected graduation Fall 2028 or 2029.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

Assist with inspection, testing, calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Support preventative maintenance activities.
Collect and analyze data related to instrumentation performance.
Participate in equipment inspections and support projects related to instrumentation and control systems.
Develop technical and professional skills in a safe, team-oriented environment.
