Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervision in heavy industrial or power plant construction.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and design schematics; proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities, crews and vendors on power generation construction sites.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct site audits and safety meetings.
• Track milestones, review drawings, and ensure work aligns with timelines and budgets.
• Inspect workmanship and manage deficiency corrections with contractors.
• Serve as primary liaison between field personnel, project managers and engineers.
