Job summary

Accede Solutions Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction, maintenance, and outages at a power generation facility. The role includes supervising supervisors and contractors, managing multiple contracts, and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

The candidate should have extensive experience in power plant operations or maintenance and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with project controls, vendors, and plant personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 15 years of related experience or 12 years in power plant operations or maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in power plant operations or maintenance and heavy industrial construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and safety skills.
