Job summary

IC Resources, in partnership with a Global Leader in the Semiconductor Industry, seeks a Module Design Architect (Power Module) for AI Power Products. The role is hybrid in Austin, TX, with 1–2 days in the office and local candidates or those willing to relocate after offer.

Corp-to-Corp and visa sponsorship are not considered. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) and bring 10 years of product management / power electronics experience, plus 2+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 10 years of product management / product defining experience in power electronics and/or infrastructure markets
• 2+ years of power module engineering team experience
• Experience leading NPI definition of power module products
• Experience with governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews

What We're Looking for in a Module Design Architect:

• Bachelor's (Master's Preferred) in Electrical Engineering
