IC Resources is searching for a Lead Systems Architect – AI Power Strategy in a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. You will influence the architecture of AI power solutions, driving innovation from concept to deployment with hardware, firmware, and software teams.

With 10+ years in semiconductor power solutions, you will lead cross-functional efforts, shape system-level power optimization, and engage strategic customers while enjoying a competitive base salary, bonus, and equity.

Qualifications

What We\'re Looking for in a The Lead Systems Architect – AI Power Strategy:

• 10+ years of experience developing advanced power solutions within the semiconductor industry.
• Hi EQ and Interpersonal Skills (Client-Facing)
• Expertise in power architecture and power delivery for CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, and high-current ASICs.
• Extensive experience with multiphase VR design and power solutions for data center, server, or high-performance computing applications.
• Deep understanding of magnetics, passive component selection, power stage design, control loops, and system-level power optimization.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with power modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SIMPLIS) is highly desirable.
