Job summary

The role requires an MSEE or PhD in power electronics (preferred) and 6+ years of switching converter experience, with strong analog, modeling, and debugging skills to deliver high-performance modules.

Qualifications

• MSEE or PhD in Power Electronics preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in switching power converter design.
• Strong analog circuit, power management knowledge.
• DC/DC converter design and optimization experience.
• Transformer-based power converters knowledge.
• Modeling, control architecture, and loop design skills.
• Proficient with SPICE/Simplis/Matlab/Maxwell tools.
• Strong debugging and communication abilities.
• Firmware/FPGA/I2C/PMBus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new power module development from concept to release.
• Collaborate with marketing, applications, and customers on architectures.
• Develop techniques for advanced power modules and applications.
• Identify risks, set milestones, and manage schedules.
• Improve development flows with advanced tools and methods.
• Present design reviews and document results.
• Mentor junior engineers for growth.
• Provide technical writing and training as needed.
