Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative focus; experience may substitute for degree.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in energy markets, settlements, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex models and datasets.
• Familiarity with North American electricity markets (CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SPP, ISO-NE, NYISO) is helpful.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and adapt; comfortable with independent research.

Responsibilities

• Understand commercial revenue contracts including PPAs, energy hedges, and related instruments.
• Track compliance obligations and log communications across the portfolio.
• Perform market research and analysis on energy bidding, forward trades, and related products.
• Support daily bidding strategy development and bid submissions.
• Manage settlement reconciliation and invoicing for the portfolio; maintain revenue models.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Power Markets & Origination processes.
• Oversee REC administration, including tracking deliveries, invoicing, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with regulatory reporting deliverables such as FERC EQRs and EIA reports.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers, Engineers, Accountants and Attorneys to support portfolio performance.
