They've raised $89B+ in debt and equity capital to support North American infrastructure, and continue to scale into EV charging, demand response, microgrids, renewable fuels, and waste-to-energy platforms.
Perform market analysis on trading opportunities across power, FTRs, emissions, RECs, natural gas, oil, coal, and basis markets
Oversee third parties managing day-to-day commercial strategy for generating facilities (bidding, fuel procurement, outage coordination)
Apply fundamental and technical analysis to assess trade and hedge positions
Support structuring and negotiating trade documentation
Provide asset valuation support for acquisition and development activity
Assist in underwriting revenue streams for acquisition targets
Develop hedging strategies across market regions to maximize profitability and minimize margin volatility
Apply statistical and econometric analysis to power and gas datasets
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of trading, structuring, and/or analytical experience in the power industry
Strong analytical and modeling skills, including programming capability (reading, writing, editing code)
Familiarity with trade capture and programming systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong follow-through
