Integrated Power Services (IPS) invites you to join our Apprenticeship Program, a hands-on learning path in electromechanical trade with mentorship from industry experts.

Two entry levels provide classroom study and real-world experience, leading to full-time IPS roles in our Electromechanical Service Center, Wind Field Service, or Renewable Energy divisions, with extensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Second year entry requires an electrical-related program or related experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience operating a vehicle with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Background check and pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Two entry levels with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Hands-on mentorship in electromechanical trades and wind field service.
• Progress to full-time IPS roles after graduation and ongoing career development.
