Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an experienced Engineering Manager in Etters, PA. The role leads the U.S. New Product Development team for Power Interconnect Solutions, partnering with manufacturing and sales to deliver innovative, cost-effective products.

You will guide design, testing, and transition of products to manufacturing, while developing talent and driving performance metrics across the team in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical discipline or similar technical field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience with connector design and development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams delivering product development.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. based New Product Development team for Power Interconnect Solutions.
• Define technology and product roadmaps with BU management.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from design to manufacturing transfer.
• Drive innovation, cost efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Build and coach a high-performing team in an international environment.
