Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems seeks a Product Marketing Manager to join the High Performance Power team. You will bridge market demand, technology, and business execution to drive NPI launches, pricing, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will define roadmaps, capture VOC, develop MRD/PRD, and collaborate with design, applications, global sales, and key customers to accelerate design-ins and scale product success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or MBA.
• 4–8 years in product marketing, applications engineering, or systems engineering in semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal semis, power management ICs, gate drivers, or motor control.
• Understanding of semiconductor business models, pricing, TAM/SAM/SOM, and design-in/sales lifecycles.
• Proven track record bringing IC products from concept to ramp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives and engineers.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (≈15–25%).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product roadmaps for high-performance power solutions.
• Conduct VOC interviews with automotive, industrial, and data center customers.
• Translate customer needs into MRD/PRD with prioritized features.
• Perform competitive analysis and teardowns to sustain competitive advantage.
• Lead end-to-end NPI launches for tape-out and silicon release.
• Develop technical collateral (datasheets, white papers, guides, decks).
• Roll out evaluation kits, reference designs, and GUI collateral with EE teams.
• Provide training to sales, FAEs, and distribution partners.
• Drive design-win momentum and pipeline health.
• Formulate value-based pricing strategies and quote escalations.
• Engage in strategic customer engagements and contract negotiations.
• Forecast five-year revenue, units, and ASPs for operations and planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality on lifecycle decisions.
