Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Technician 1 to load/unload equipment, perform basic maintenance, and carry out minor repairs to avoid downtime. The role supports a fast-growing rental business in North America with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years' experience with Power/HVAC/Pump equipment, basic knowledge of generators and diesel systems, and can lift 25 pounds or more as needed on the job site. Sunbelt provides training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment.
• Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel driven Pumps.
• Understanding of diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more and work indoors/outdoors when required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Carry out minor repairs to avoid equipment downtime.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with Sunbelt policies.
