Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Technician 1 to load/unload equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance, and make minor repairs to ensure uptime on customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience with Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment, basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, and hydraulics, and must be able to work indoors/outdoors and lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience and/or familiarity with repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment and accessories.
• Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel driven Pumps; understands diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics.
• Operational processes/systems aptitude.

Responsibilities

• The Pump & Power Technician 1 loads and unloads equipment, performs basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs in the safest and most effective way possible to avoid equipment downtime.
