Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Pump & Power Technician 1 to load/unload equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment and a basic understanding of diesel systems, electronics, and hydraulics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience and/or familiarity with repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment
• Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel driven Pumps
• Possesses a basic understanding of diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics
• Operational process/system aptitude

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment and performs basic preventative maintenance
• Performs minor repairs to keep equipment up and running
• Work safely and follow applicable laws and guidelines
• Assist with operational processes as needed
