Overview

As a Power HVAC Mechanic (Service Tech II) within the Power/HVAC division, you'll perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment safely and professionally. Your responsibilities include maintaining and repairing diesel engines, HVAC equipment, and dehumidification/air purification equipment. This role offers daily opportunities for growth and the potential to advance to higher-level technical roles, all while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
2. Complete service documentation accurately.
3. Travel occasionally to customer sites.
4. Demonstrate equipment to customers.
5. Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment.
3. Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills for various systems.
4. Understanding of schematics and diagrams.
5. Own the necessary tools for the position.
6. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
7. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
8. Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
