United Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager for the Power/HVAC Division in Beaumont, TX. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining profitable branch operations.

The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, service, maintenance, and drivers. A strong background in equipment rental and leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of branch-level management with profit and loss responsibility.
• Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation.
• Strong sales and customer service experience; outside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic systems.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in equipment rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including P&L statements, operating reviews, budgets.
• Manage personnel matters.
• Oversee safety, audits, training, OSHA/DOT compliance, drug and alcohol testing.
• Other duties as needed.
