United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Power/HVAC Division. You will lead a team across sales, service, maintenance and drivers to deliver safe, profitable operations and outstanding customer service.

As a key leader, you will oversee branch performance, develop budgets, report on P&L, and drive growth initiatives while maintaining compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems; OSHA/DOT awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives; prepare reports including P&L, budgets and reviews.
• Oversee personnel matters and safety programs, audits, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team across sales, service, maintenance and drivers.
