Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Climate Solutions Branch Manager in the Power/HVAC Division to lead a major operation. You will hire and motivate a diverse team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while building a profitable location.

You will oversee safety, reporting, budgets, and daily branch activities, leveraging your leadership and industry knowledge to grow the business and serve our communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong business acumen.
• Minimum 5 years of branch-level P&L management experience.
• Solid sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service, and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including P&L, budgets, and operating reviews.
• Manage personnel matters and safety compliance.
• Address audits, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive growth and community impact for the branch.
