Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EMS/SCADA/OT systems and utility environments.
• Knowledge of software development, application support, databases and cybersecurity.
• Ability to participate in an on-call support environment for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, maintain, and secure EMS/SCADA and OT applications.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security events.
• Install and coordinate security patches, upgrades, and releases.
• Provide administration for scheduling, forecasting, interchange scheduling, and dispatch applications.
• Support restoration, backup, recovery, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, vendors, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Train users and stakeholders with guidance.
