Job summary

TotalEnergies in the US offers a Power Graduate rotational program for recent graduates in engineering, science, or business. Over three year-long assignments, you'll rotate through development, engineering, construction, operations, asset management, and power finance and market analysis, anchored in a fully integrated power value chain.

You may be based in Berkeley, Boston, Austin, or Houston and may relocate each year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or business by July 1, 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2; upload transcript.
  • Interest in power and energy transformation.
  • Internships/projects in renewable energy or power market analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and relocate within the US.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three 1-year rotations across development, engineering, construction, operations, asset management, and finance.
  • Learn TotalEnergies' US power projects and markets with mentoring and feedback.
  • Relocate to preferred US offices (Berkeley, Boston, Austin, Houston) as needed.
