Hitachi Energy seeks recent graduates to join the U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting January 2027. This is an 18-month, full-time journey with three six-month rotations across multiple U.S. locations and potential international rotation.

Participants will receive technical and product training, gain site experiences, and develop leadership, teamwork, and curiosity while relocating as needed to various sites to experience Hitachi Energy's culture first-hand.

As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every 6 months in a least 2 different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations and must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in the United States with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program.

Your Background

• STEM background preferred, but not required
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
• Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across the U.S.
• Good communication skills - oral and written
• Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
• Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
