Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six years of journeyman level experience in power plant operations.
• Ability to pass background check for Critical Infrastructure access.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff to operate fossil fuel fired units safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks across multiple departments and functions.
• Ensure generators operate within design parameters to meet load requirements.
• Manage staff performance, training, and budget to optimize costs.
