Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engine Field Technician – Electric Power Generation to diagnose, repair, and start up diesel and gas engines for customers in a field and shop setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial engines and generators, willingness to travel and perform after-hours work, and the ability to document service activities for work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel, gas, or industrial engines.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and startup engines and related generators.
• Willingness to work field and shop tasks with varied environments.
• Ability to complete service reports and meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain diesel, gas, and marine engines.
• Perform service on generators and components in diverse conditions.
• Safely assemble/disassemble equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Repair and maintain temperature control and air compression equipment.
• Complete service reports and update work orders accurately.
• Meet DOT physical exams and licensing requirements as mandated.
