Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management Program across assigned projects.
• Conduct high-quality safety observations and document findings with leading indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support safety initiatives.
• Provide safety leadership for grid enhancement projects.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Communicate safety expectations to contractors clearly.
• Represent the utility client in project meetings and discussions.
• Prepare clear safety reports for stakeholders.
• Promote a strong safety culture among field crews.
• Adhere to internal standards and support continuous improvement.
