Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Fleet Planner – Power Plus to join our team. You will be accountable for day-to-day planning and aligning consistent capacity to customer commitments, including driver and trailer optimization to maximize revenue and service quality.

You’ll collaborate with network capacity and commercial teams to create demand, identify wallet-share opportunities, and deliver on commitments. Role may be based in Eden Prairie, MN or Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, planning, or account management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day customer resource for Power+ program, delivering proactive support and timely responses.
• Plan and optimize day-to-day fleets, coordinating customer freight for Power+ carriers to meet KPI targets.
• Onboard carriers to the Power+ program and align capacity with business goals.
