Job summary

Roehl Transport is seeking a Planner for the Refrigerated Customer Service team. You will balance available drivers and loads, assign productive freight, and collaborate with customer service to optimize daily schedules.

You will also coordinate with Fleet Managers to keep drivers productive while sustaining high service levels. You’ll work in a role that requires proactive problem solving, clear communication, and teamwork to build trusted relationships with customers and internal groups.
