Job summary

EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Manager reporting to the EEOM VP Operations. You will provide fleet support for our global 30GW portfolio of thermal and renewable power generation, supporting transactional consultancy contracts and program development initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding facility operations to meet safety and environmental standards, managing mobilizations, developing O&M standards, and leading NCR/RCA/MoC processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in power plant operations and maintenance.
• At least three years in a plant management team role with fleet/regional responsibility.
• Experience with contract administration and supply chain/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Operations, Directors, and Facility Managers to ensure safe and environmentally responsible operation/maintenance of EEOM facilities.
• Lead greenfield mobilizations and brownfield transitions to EEOM Care, Custody & Control per mobilization/transition process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of O&M standards, training programs, performance monitoring tools, and CMMS systems.
• Support EEOM policy and program development and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and commitments.
• Establish relationships with Owner’s representatives for projects assigned and travel as required.
• Lead NCR, RCA, and MoC processes and support Benchmark/GenSuite implementations.
• Participate in Reliability Program development and execution.
• Assist with data tracking/analysis to develop fleet trends for continuous improvement throughout EEOM.
