Job summary

SHISEIDO Americas Distribution Center is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for operating power equipment such as stock pickers, reach trucks, and turret trucks in the replenishment and case-pick areas. You will manage inventory with RF guns and ensure accuracy.

The role requires experience in a distribution center, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. You will work in a safety-focused, collaborative environment with emphasis on integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience operating power equipment in a distribution center environment.
• Proven ability to perform inventory counting and analytical tasks.
• Proficient in reading, writing, math and English.
• Experience with RF scanners and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Complete all pre-shift inspection checklists for power equipment.
• Meet daily performance and accuracy goals.
• Utilize RF technology for inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Collaborate with other employees and departments to meet goals.
• Rotate cases onto the conveyor.
• Stand, bend and lift cases throughout the shift.
• Provide support during physical inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
