Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift in Groveport, OH. This role operates power equipment (stock pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks) to support replenishment and case pick areas and uses RF guns for inventory accuracy.

You’ll help maintain inventory integrity and contribute to a safe, efficient distribution center. You will perform pre-shift equipment inspections, meet daily performance targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating power equipment in a distribution center.
• Ability to read, write, and use basic math and English.
• Proficient with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and wear fall protection PPE.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-shift inspection of power equipment.
• Meet daily performance and accuracy goals.
• Use RF technology for inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other teams toward goals.
• Rotate cases onto the conveyor.
• Stand, bend and lift cases throughout the shift.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will operate power equipment such as stock pickers, reach trucks, and turret trucks for the replenishment and case pick areas. May also operate pallet riders and manual pallet jacks. Responsibility for accurate inventory management, with use of computers or Radio Frequency “RF” guns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will complete all pre-shift inspection checklists on all power equipment before use.
• You will be meeting daily performance and accuracy goals.
• You will use RF technology and appropriate inventory management practices.
• You will maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
• You will work collaboratively with other employees and departments toward common goals and objectives.
• You will rotate throwing cases onto the conveyor.
• You will stand, bend and lift cases the entire shift
• You will be providing support during Physical Inventories of Warehouse
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are qualified with previous experience driving power equipment
• You are qualified with work experience in a distribution center
• You are qualified with analytical and counting skills
• You are qualified with reading, writing, mathematical and English language skills usually attained through a High School or equivalent education.
• You are qualified with computer knowledge and experience operating RF scanners
• You are willing to move about and work in alternate departments to support the business
• You are flexibility to work required overtime
• You are able to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds, regularly throughout the day.
• You are able to wear a body harness and other fall protection PPE and meet the required weight classifications for fall protection. Weight classifications will be an ongoing requirement; regular weigh-ins are mandatory for safety purposes.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a full range of benefits.
