Job summary

Radian in Houston, TX is seeking an Equipment Operator/Picker to safely move, store, and pick inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate stand-up order pickers, cherry pickers, and reach trucks, using RF scanning to process orders and keep accuracy high.

You'll maintain inventory records, support shipping and receiving, and help ensure a safe, organized workplace. This role requires 2+ years of equipment operation and a GED or high school diploma; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years operating powered industrial equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners or WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment including stand-up order pickers, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
• Unload shipments and transport materials to storage locations.
• Pick customer orders using RF scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist shipping/receiving.
• Ensure safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
